I been up for 23 hours and I can't sleep. I'm 14 and freaking out. Im hot out and the air is not on. Like every time I look at my colicky I freek out. I tryed sleeping and 30 minuets later I look at my clock and freek out about the time. I feel tired but can't sleep. I have a few drinks in my fridge that are supost to relax you. Any tips should I drink the drinks what?
