| Can eating 1200 calories lead to me gaining weight? Posted: 31 Aug 2011 01:40 AM PDT ime 16 years old - 178cm tall - 64kg - Male can I gain weight if i eat 1200 calories a day? usually I dont do this but for the past 3 days i drank 3 cans of diet coke each day will this lead to me gaining weight because ive heard how the body creates fat cells to dilute aspartame in the body :S |
