Glasses will not fix Vitamin A Deficiency/puberty induced sight problems or help nearsightedness at all. I learned it the hard way.

Bought a muzzleloader from a friend. It had a round in it, so I took it out and cleaned the barrel. While cleaning it noticed the gun cleaning patches were coming out rusty. Would it be ok to put a round in it and shoot? It's a TC renegade 50 cal. Suggestions would be appreciated.

absorbing away , i had a post put in and a crown , its been fine for all this time ,now in the last couple of days to touch the tooth with my tongue or tap it with my teeth it is very sensitive and sore , i can't see any food stuck around it and the gum looks fine to . What can this be ?

Since 3 days I have started a high protein diet. My current weight is 78kg (172cm tall), and I aim to be 70kg. (drop 1 stone).Currently I have been eating about 800 calories a day (46g fat, 53g carbs, 70g protein). I'm not sure whether I should change anything to optimise it.. I mainly eat eggs, cooked chicken and veg. Thanks
