How to stop SMOKING a Cigarette :(?

I already watched all the advertisments, effects of smoking a cigarettes but i doesn't affect me. I feel guilty after watching then i'll grab another ciga ad already forgot what i just watched. But I only use 6-10 sticks a day. And when I feel like i need a smoke i can't control myself..
