Is this a healthy diet plan to make me lose weight? Posted: 27 May 2013 01:21 AM PDT Breakfast :Porridge made with almond milk with cinnamon and flakseed ,on a side with either 2 boiled eggs or handful or almonds for extra protein Snack : Either almonds with fruit /or vegetables or fruit with almond butter Lunch :Either Salmon with vegetables /or chicken with hummus and mixed fruit such as berries Dinner: I have whichever of the two I didn't eat for lunch, i usually alternate Snack: Piece of fruit or nuts I'm always full and have energy this way but do you think it'll help me lose weight? Thanks xox |
