why am i gaining weight!? |
Posted: 12 Oct 2012 01:49 AM PDT So i have been working out for 25 mins daily, walking to classes for around 20 mins, and trying to eat mildly healthy for the past 2 weeks. My body seemingly looks more toned, but it feels bloated :(. My butt looks bigger and my stomach is kindov soar and bloated. I was around 126 pounds now i am at 132 pounds! People have told me that I've lost weight, but actually I've gained pounds this upsets me because my main aim was to be 120-115 pounds and not to look more toned. What am i doing wrong?? |
