Okay first of all, this is a quick fix and I know once I stop I'll gain back the weight, etc. I also know it's unhealthy so please, no lectures. How much weight would I lose in a month if I ate 2 sausages for breakfast and a serving of these for lunch http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calories/munchys-wheat-krunch-4348329 ( one serving - 4 crackers ) I'm 15, 158 cm and 55 kg.
