pain after working out? (yoga)?

Okay so im 16 ive been very sick for about three years, still am. I get migranes and vomit from stress. So i am very weak. But i have been trying yoga. On one day i do a 30 minute 'middle firming' yoga video. Im only able to do about 10 minutes of this workout before its too much. I get alot of pain from this severe stomach muscle pain and rib pain to the point where i have to do ibuprofen or tylenol. And then the next day i do a ten minute 'energy yoga' routine. Thats easier and slower paced but i still get pain. Ive been doing this pattern for a week. Ever since i have not had a 'pain free' minute. What can i do at least lessen the pain? anti roll bar bushes.?

Have a Toyota celica 2001 and it had a slight knock when riding over bumps. I had a look at the anti roll bar bushes and there is a little play there, does this matter?

Car leaking water in floor board when it rains?

I have 2005 dodge neon and when it rains my back floor board on both driver and passenger sides have puddles of water in them. The seats aren't wet just the floor board. Also when it rains and I drive my car there's a stream of water that comes out from under my dash and leaves a huge puddle in the floor board and if the heat is on its makes a sizzling sound when the water is coming out. Any idea on where all the water is coming from?
