Is there a safe and effective vitamin with food supplement and whitening ingredients?

I almost tried several kinds of food supplements even energy booster because I already want to be fat (not that much). I even tried Propan. Yes it worked on me but not that much. Anyone who could recommend me a vitamin that contains those that I mentioned?

About 3-4 weeks ago I stopped taking 30mg of Mirtazapine after being on it for about 2-3 years. Over a few weeks I cut the dose from 30mg per night, down to 15mg per night, then after a week or so, started to take it every second odd day, before I stopping completely. Since this, I have been unable to sleep and have been waking up at 3 or 4am every morning. I have headaches and neck and back pains a lot- neck aches during the day, and back pains at night. How long is this supposed to last? Aah.

I have 17/20 vision in both eyes. I am fed-up hanging spectacles at my nose. So i want contact lenses. But in my school i have heard that a girl who used to study in this school 2 years ago, she wore contact lenses. She went in her kitchen and due to high temperature the contact lenses on her eyes bursted. And it damaged her eyes very much. Some people in my school she got blind, while other says she recovered it. i checked on internet , but i haven't seen any "high temperature" case like this. And while checking on internet, i haven't read anything dangerous about lenses except infection. So i want to know what you think of that "high temperature-eruption of lenses" case. And is using lenses allright? I am fed-up of glasses on nose, and cant afford laser surgery.

Why would my car die while I was driving it?

I have a mercury mountaineer 2008 I think and it just died while I was driving it. The lights still work. The steering went out. My battery oil and check engine lights are all on. Just before this the hot air was blowing out cold. It will try to start but doesn't. What could be wrong with it?
