awake but yet im sleeping? |
| Posted: 09 Feb 2012 01:14 AM PST Several times now i will be sitting down and ill drift off to sleep. But the thing is, i can still hear things and i can feel my body as if i can move, but to move its extremely difficult and all i can see is white, sometimes shades of blue. Ive only gotten to be in this state 4 or 5 times in the last couple months and each time i try to move my body but each time i feel so heavy. The only thing that has gotten me out of this state is when a loud noise goes off and wakes me, or at least i think wakes me cuz i dont know if i was even sleeping. Im not worried about this im just curious about it. |
