Engine Blew: Wanting to swap for a 3.8L what would I need other than an engine?

So recently the engine on my 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo blew. I was running a 3.4L v6 an cant find a good priced 3.4 to replace it with. My cousin works at pick and pull told me they had a couple 3.8L v6 but didnt know if it would work. Both are gm engines but neither of us are to sure what all would need changed to get the 3.8 to work in my monte carlo any information AT ALL is helpful.

Is this a serious problem?!!!!!!!!!!?

About 3 minutes ago in my bed i heard a sound in my left I can only describe as a metal ball falling onto a metal mesh at medium pitch but there was nothin g to cause it could a artery near my left ear have popped or did a nerve in my brain pop or do i have an infection or what?

Why my car jumps when I am Driving it?

I have 2005 Hyundai Accent with only 18 thousand miles. Some times my car jumps while I am driving and when I start to driving it. I took it to the car dealer and checked it with diagnostic machine and found nothing wrong. My car still jumps and I need to fix it. Does anybody know what is wrong with it?

I am convinced I have a brain tumour... Please help ?

I started to get really bad headaches about February time this year. They were really bad and constant. I got them everyday without fail. If I was busy I didn't really notice them but as soon as I was sat down that's when I would notice them. I would get dizzy spells and feel sick. I've never actually fainted or been sick with my headaches. I went to see the doctors and they did blood tests which came back fine apart from I had to many white blood cells but they didn't seem to bothered by this. I've had my eyes checked and that came back all clear. Recently my doctor but me on Pizotifen tablets for my headaches and the time I was taken them seemed to help. Whereas paracetamol and ibruphren do not help. But now I'm not I'm getting really bad headaches daily. I'm convinced something is more serious than just a migraine because it's been going on so long and it's really worrying me and making me feel very anxious. Surely if it wasn't serious it would of gone by now yes?... My symptoms are really bad headaches which tend to be round the front, around my eyes and temple... Sometimes I get pains at the sides of the back of my head that feel like trapped nerves. It hurts my ears especially my left ear which hurts to touch the inside of. My headaches make me feel really nauseous and dizzy. Sometimes my left hand goes numb. A few times I've got my words muddled up and said them the wrong way but apart from that I've had no problem with my speech. My doctor took me off my pill 3 months ago thinking that would be the cause. Since then I've had 2 periods which have been irregular. Don't no whether this has any reference or not. This is starting to really scare me and any help or advice to what people may think it is would be very much appreciated.

Dumb Question about Car Recalls?

My 2003 Honda Pilot with 190K just had a major transmission malfunction and I'm waiting on the "bad news" today. I have noticed on-line that there was a transmission recall in 2004, but I was unaware of this. I have only had the car for about 2 years, and we have it serviced regularly. http://www.automd.com/recall/campaign_c48605/ So I guess my question is, is this something I should expect Honda to pay for? My car is with my mechanic (ASE certified and all that). Should I have taken it to the dealership? Thanks! I really don't know how this stuff works.

I have cramps in my lower abdomen, some on my right side on my right ovary due to my 7cm cyst, I also have always had cramps on my period and sometimes after, even before I became sexually active. I have also always had pain during sex, not literally EVERY time, but even when I first lost my virginity it would hurt from time to time, I have a retroverted Uterus which my doctors said is why it can sometimes hurt during sex. Those are the ONLY two symptoms I have, is it still possible to have PID? I did have chlamydia but it has been treated, my ex boyfriend gave it to me when he was unfaithful.

Yesterday, I was driving down a blvd, then I start to press on gas and the pedal wouldn't give me gas, then I press on the breaks and those went out to. My dash board a had color Show, my RMPs, and gas all webt down. So I pulled over using my E-break. I ended up turn the car off in Drive. I have 1/2 tank in my car, I have break oil or whatever it's called. I have the oil for your engine. I replaced the belts 18 months ago. It won't turn on. I am thinking it's a fuel pump problem. Please help!

Can a therapist diagnose depression?

I have no primary doctor as I moved out of the state my pediatrician was in (when I was young enough for that). I am going to see a therapist come September and have not yet (in my six years with this mood disorder) been diagnosed with depression. Can a therapist do so? I know they cannot prescribe me medication but can they formally diagnose me? If so, how does it work? Is it put on my medical records? I really feel like I need to be diagnosed once and for all. Thank you.

So I just put in a contact lens, for the second time, and for some reason it feels strange. Exactly like having an eyelash in my eye. Every time I blink there is a slight discomfort and every now and then I can see a little blurry patch. Is there anything I can do about this? It takes me a long time to put them in/out so I'd prefer not to do that.

After years of yoyo dieting I am finally trying to loose weight the only way i think will actually work.. Good healthy diet and exercise. I am getting up in the morning and doing 30 mins interval training in the treadmill. I then eat breakfast of 1 slice of whole meal toast with Marmite, half a grapefruit and an espresso. Then i do a DVD which has 3 10 min stages of cardio and a 10 min stage for abdominals then a cool down period of stretching I am happy with this routine (strangely, im quite enjoying it!!). I like what i am eating and that i run before i eat but i am unsure if this the best method? I would think that doing any exercise and good eating is a good thing but i would like to loose the weight asap. I am 5ft 4''.. 11.2 st and would like to get down to about 9st Your advise is greatly appreciated and many thanks in advance

I'm 20 years old and male. I have been shaving since I was 16, but my current girlfriend wanted me to grow the hair out, so I did. A few days ago, while showering, I noticed a few small red bumps around my pelvic area, where my pubic hair grows now. These bumps occasionally itch, but I think that may be psychological, because it only itches after I've been inspecting them and getting myself psyched out. The bumps do not hurt, though they are quite worrisome to me. Any suggestions?
