i got 4 teeth pulled and then imideatly after i had the flu then after about a week i got better for a few days then i started getting lots of really sticky phlem so much i wouldnt be able to sleep cause i would choke on it (it made me puke at one point) i went to get xrays to see if it was pneumonia but the doctor hasnt contacted me at all about them and its been a week it started getting better but now i have migraines and nausea all the time since the doctors office never seems to be open im hopping some of you can help iv only gone to school 3 times since winter break becaus of this

I'm 23 years old nurse from India... I have some problems during the days of menses. I feel like there is some tightness is there in my breasts n sometimes it would be tender when squeezed. I noticed some colourless discharge from my nipples during those days. I'm using 34 c bra..but I feel that it's a bit tight for me on the days of periods. .. I have once sought medical help online. The doctor asked me to use paracetamol for pain...but it didn't help... Can you people help me? I'm really in trouble... Please ... Please......

picking my solara on monday this is my first car. This is such a silly queschion but i couldnt find the CD player in the car, this car has a GPS built in it so i know a CD players in their somewhere.. Hopefully someone can tell me were to find it? would it be int he trunck because some older cars have Cd players in the trunk.

I really need some advice on what to do here, I feel like my whole world is being shattered and I feel so lost. So the situation is that my long-time boyfriend who is 39 years old got diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the liver about 6 years ago and now he is dying and is in the hospital. I've been so sad recently because I've known this man since we were in elementary school and I love him more than anything in the world. He is the nicest and most caring man in the world, his only fault is that since he was in college he has always drank a lot. I don't know exactly how much but he always had a drink in his hand, and recently I do know how much he has been drinking because I counted it, and for the past 4 months I've seen him drink about a bottle of Vodka a day as well as beer. Now after he got hospitalized, he didn't get put on the organ donor recipient list because he has not been sober long enough, but I told him I would give him a live donor liver transplant, all the tests were done and surprisingly we are a match! But, he is refusing to go through with the surgery, I cannot understand why! if he doesn't do this he will be dead in less than a year! When I talked to him about his he told me he didn't want to do it because he didn't think he deserved it! He said that he caused all this by drinking and that it was unfair to get a transplant over people that got sick for reasons out of their control, he also said he didn't want me to have any risk, he also said if he got a new liver and get better he would probably keep drinking since he was an alcoholic. I get all that, I really do, but I mean if he doesn't accept this he will die! and so young! How can I convince him to accept this? It hurts me so much to see him in such a weak state! He was always such a strong and confident man, and now he looks so fragile! It kills me to see him like this, even when I cuddle with him in the hospital I feel him so fragile. Is there any way I can make him do it? like declare him mentally ill or something? I cannot bear to see him die and I really need some advice.

I don't do January diets! But seeing as Feb is fast approaching & I need to lose the 5lbs I put on over the festive over-eating period. Plus I kind of want to lose about 2 stone (28 lbs) on top of that. I used to do Slimming World (in fact I lost quite a lot on it & I've never gained it back, apart from the Christmas 5lbs, but what's 5 lbs really?!) but it just doesn't fit my current lifestyle. I'm moving across the country in a few weeks & starting a new job etc etc so I need things that are quick, easy & need minimal cooking time. This is my current idea for the next few weeks (I'll go back to either Slimming World or at least cooking more once I've moved, I just want to lose these 5 lbs over the crazy period - I'm kinda hoping they'll come off in 2 weeks... what do you reckon??) Breakfast - One cup of caffinated coffee with skimmed milk, ready porridge with raisins (300 cals) Snack - Banana (100 cals) Lunch - Preprepared sushi (250 cals) OR soup & Danish bread (250 cals) Snack - Glass of smoothie (150 cals) Dinner - Stir fry/spag bol/thai curry/jacket pot (400-500 cals) Snack - Mullerlight yoghurt with fresh fruit (200 cals) Exercise - 30 mins Yoga OR 30 mins step aerobics OR 30 mins Wii Fit (depending what I feel like with everything else going on!!) So that's about 1200-1300 cals a day (obviously this is approximate) plus some light exercise. I only drink peppermint & ginger teas & water throughout the day. Is this ok? I'm just trying to find something to stick to while in this transition period, and it's so easy when busy to just give in to lazy junk food! Thanks, Bea XxxX

Well my friend seems to think that I'm a (female dog) and I always go after her ex's which isn't even true. There was only one of her ex's that I liked and dated for a while until he cheated on me for her which cause friendship problems for almost two years. Now we are friends but she thinks this way. She did en it with her bf who I talked to but only to make him feel better and we only talked about her and his feelings for her. I don't even like the guy. I told her that but she still doesn't get it. They are back together now as of Saturday and she told me that her mom doesn't want her talking to me because she agrees that Ivan a bitch sometimes and that I always go after her ex's. I'm not sure if this is true because as far as I know her mother was being nice to me and sorta crying in my shoulder when her and my friend were having problems. I don't know what to do but I'm planing on having a meeting with my guidance person to talk it over with my friend. I'm not sure if I should do this because it could in turn blow up in my face and she could think that I'm even more of a (female dog) and be mean and nasty to me and just explode. So please can any body help me. I think even if her mother agrees she is just doing it so she doesn't fight with her child. Help me somebody.

My 2003 appears to have a circle with rough edges and an exclamation point inside the circle. I took to my mechanic to install a new radiator and also the fixe an oil leak that I have which he took the starter out, the air intake that I have install etc. When he gave me back the car I noticed the symbol right next to the shifting gears on my dashboard. The car shifts gears but there's a kick to it for each gear change. What could be the reason for that?

I know it's embarrassing, I get made fun of for it all the time. I was in this really awful car accident when I was 16 and my sister and grandmother were T-boned last year and three other family members were in minor dings. Needless to say, I never wanted to learn how to drive until now but all anyone ever seems to tell me is "you don't have to take classes, you're 21, you can just go for the test" That doesn't sit well with me, I am uncomfortable with that.
